Formed in 1996, E.V.O.O.A. sponsored and supported a variety of vintage and retired emergency vehicle events throughout the U.S. After a successful 20 year run and successful events, along with a growing number of spin offs the President/Founder reorganized the organization to assist individuals and agencies with their special first responder related events. The focus has been with local agencies but also have been planning with outside agencies and organizations on their related events.
